Responsibilities:

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Taking part in daily food preparation respecting spec sheets and established quality standards.
  • Working at various stations (hot, cold, etc.) and adapting to specific situations (allergies, menu changes, etc.).
  • Ensuring that HACCP norms are respected in your restaurant.
  • Developing dynamic communication and a spirit of initiative within your kitchen brigade.

Do you have the right profile?

- You have a culinary degree or certificate; experience working in a kitchen is a plus.

- You have solid traditional culinary skills and enjoy teamwork.

- You perform well under pressure and handle rushes easily and effectively.

- You are aware that you must be flexible to work mornings and/or evenings depending on your team’s organisation.

Additional Information:

You apply for this job for: 35 hour fixed term contract (CDD 2 week minimum during French school holidays) or permanent contract (CDI). The interviews will be held remotely for positions located in Marne-La-Vallée.
