The FIT Deploy PM is a direct report of the Deploy Lead responsible for leading the deployment to successful completion.
The FIT Deploy PM will monitor and steer the correct execution of the rollout plan throughout the entire deployment phase and will take the lead on three major activities of the Deploy team:
The FIT Deploy PM will report on progress of the Deploy Phase and ensure constant updates of the rollout plan in coordination with LRPM. Responsible for raising alerts and risks in advance to enable proper mitigation, the FIT Deploy PM will participate actively in Change Management activities in collaboration with the Change Management team.
This list of missions may evolve to adapt to the activities, context, and organization of the project phase.
Qualifications:
You have a master's degree (BAC+5) from a Business School, Institut d'Etudes Politiques, engineering school, or equivalent.
You have a minimum of 10 years of experience on similar projects.
You have successfully contributed to major transformation projects of similar size, complexity, and strategic importance, preferably in finance transformation within an international context with a strong IT & transformation component.
You possess convictions on best practices, methodologies, and accelerators to ensure the success of project activities.
You can operate within a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with various stakeholders: business, IT, operations, Sales, HR, etc., both internal and external.
You demonstrate an appetite for IT subjects and have experience in implementing ERP Core Finance systems (SAP, Coupa, etc.).
You are fluent in both French and English.
You are proficient in the Office Pack (mainly Excel, PPT, and Word).
