Contexte

As a Product Manager, you will join the Product team, and will report directly to Ségolène, our CPO. You will have the opportunity to coordinate the entire product evolution lifecycle: risk assessment, technical feasibility, identification, and monitoring of implementation in collaboration with all internal stakeholders.

Your missions

1. Acquire in-depth knowledge of the products and customer experience, identify and address gaps, and generate new ideas to increase market share, enhance customer experience, and drive growth.
2. Develop the product roadmap by integrating customer, market, and technical requirements, translating the product strategy into detailed specifications and prototypes based on the impact on the business and customers.
3. Manage and structure a “squad” to ensure the rapid market launch of new features.
4. Participate in the design and drafting of commercial proposals, providing technical support to the sales team when necessary.
5. Deliver functional and technical presentations of the solutions offered, particularly during the launch of new versions.

You are a great match if:

• Education: Master’s degree from a top-tier business or engineering school.
• Experience: minimum of 4 years in a fintech or a bank as a Product Manager.
• Languages: Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams, an excellent team player.
• You thrive on challenges, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoy the energy of scale-ups.
• Bonus Points: Previous experience in an international or European setting is a plus.

About your future manager

Ségolène joined Skaleet in 2017 as a Product Owner and has grown into the role of Chief Product Officer (CPO) since 2021. Her main objective is to support, structure, and accelerate the economic growth of the company. She owns the product vision and strategy and oversees all elements of the product from conceptualization to delivery performance.
