Fine Jewelry Specialist / Gemologist

Scope & Responsibilities

We are currently focused on the Self-Service or Unattended business, like - but not limited to - vending, gas stations, laundromats, EV charging stations. You will work closely with the Global Product and Marketing teams.

Key responsibilities include :

• Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Orain clients, understanding their needs, building engagement, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Identify growth opportunities within your client portfolio.
• Ensure proper onboarding of clients to Orain solutions : coordinating with sales and technical teams.
• Understand, build action plans, and follow up on churned and inactive partners.
• Give the best support to our partners and improve operational efficiency.
• Hands-on management of projects to ensure timely and successful implementations.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities and preempt potential issues.
• Take action to reach your goals and company OKRs.
• Lead project implementation and translate it into actionable tasks to ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on industry and market trends.

Experience & Skills

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, top consulting firms, or leading internet companies.
• At least 1 year of proven track record in high-performance account management, business consultancy, or sales.
• Skilled at navigating high-pressure environments, maintaining focus, and delivering results.
• Comfortable working in a high-growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace.
• Strong commercial skills and good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management skills, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• A problem solver with a data-driven and analytical mindset.
• Native in Portuguese and proficient in English & Spanish.
• Other languages such as Italian or French are a plus.
