About Our Client: Our client is a group of companies in Real Estate, business intelligence, and software development. They operate in a globally distributed environment, serving clients across over 70 countries. Currently, they are developing an iGaming project from scratch and are looking for talented individuals to join their expanding team. Their mission is to deliver cutting-edge solutions to their clients, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, trust-building, and sustainable growth.

The Role: As a Financial Planning Analyst / Junior Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting global strategic and operational investment initiatives. This is a hybrid role combining elements of financial analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work closely with senior management to provide insights that guide decision-making and ensure financial efficiency across the group. You will not be managing a large finance or accounting team – the focus is on high-level thinking and hands-on execution of financial planning activities.

You will also collaborate with the Finance department and take responsibility for effective coordination with both internal and external stakeholders.

This is not a traditional CFO or pure FP&A role, and not an entry-level analyst position either. It’s an excellent fit for a proactive, strategic-minded finance professional who can operate across functions and is comfortable working in a globally distributed team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Global Strategic and Operational Investment Projects
• Contribute to International Divestment and Business Case Analysis
• Assist in Business Partnering with internal stakeholders to align financial goals
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
• Participate in Fundraising Support Activities and Stakeholder Communications
• Assist in setting up and negotiating contracts with third parties
• Ensure Group Compliance in collaboration with internal and external partners

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a background in finance or economics
• Experience in financial planning, business partnering, or strategic finance
• Ability to work independently in a distributed, fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking initiative on high-impact tasks
• Hands-on approach to financial operations and execution

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with fundraising processes, investment evaluations, or divestment projects
• Background or interest in legal and compliance processes in international markets
• Previous experience in real estate, business intelligence, or online gaming industries
• MBA or advanced degree in relevant field (Finance, Economics, Business, etc.)

Preferred Background:

• Experience in a Finance Business Partner, Strategic Analyst, or similar role in an international company
• Track record of working with C-level stakeholders and participating in cross-functional initiatives
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and contribute to long-term financial strategy
