Financial Controller – High growth Tech – Paris

Salary: €95,000 - €105,000 - Plus bonus and excellent benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing International Technology company who are looking for a fully qualified Financial Controller to join their team in Paris.

As a key member of the finance leadership team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of financial operations & controls, ensuring accuracy & compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day financial operations; management and statutory reporting.
• Financial Reporting: Oversee the timely and accurate production of financial statements, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal reporting requirements.
• Responsible for identifying weaknesses and risks and implementing controls.
• Systems improvements and process design.
• Compliance and Audit: Ensure adherence to financial laws and regulations, coordinate external audits, and implement tax planning strategies.
• Providing business partnering and decision support to key stakeholders.
• Provide financial insights to the leadership team, support strategic initiatives, and stay updated on industry trends.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Qualified accountant with a solid technical understanding of accounting principles and practices. Ideally Big 4 trained.
• 5+ years of experience in financial controlling or accounting roles.
• Experience working in a fast-growth International environment.
• Proficiency in financial software (ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrable leadership and management experience.
