Financial Controller LOD2 (F/H)

You join the Regulatory and Prudential team as a Regulatory and Prudential Second Level Controller. This team ensures the quality of the financial reporting process and control of financial and regulatory risks.

On a daily basis, your duties are to:

1. Perform audit missions on identified risk themes according to an annual control plan defined;
2. Contribute to the quality and robustness of the level 1 internal control system within the scope monitored and define/perform 2nd level controls;
3. Participate in the quarterly review of regulatory statements;
4. Contribute to the development of action plans on risk areas and the digitization of processes.

The diversity of topics covered as a Level 2 Financial Controller will allow you to assess the CIB’s business lines from a prudential and regulatory perspective, expand your experience in auditing and control as well as familiarize yourself with the finance function. This position will also allow you to discover the regulatory requirements applicable to Natixis as a credit institution and subsidiary of an entity directly supervised by the ECB.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education, you have at least 5 years of experience in the banking environment, more specifically, within a Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB).

You are familiar with:

• The control business lines;
• Prudential rules;
• Organization of the activities of a CIB.

You have great relationship-building skills, very good listening skills, and you are:

• Curious and adaptable to a variety of people and contexts;
• Rigorous, organized, timely, and autonomous;
• Very good at synthesis.

You master English with a B2 level.
