Permanent Contract - Global Internal Auditor / Controller (F / M / X)

You will be in charge of supporting the entire Sephora organization in all areas regarding Internal Audit and Internal Control matters. You are part of the Global Finance Team, reporting directly to the Global Internal Audit & Internal Control Director.
You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
INTERNAL CONTROL
- Coordinate the Internal Control annual self-assessment campaign of all Sephora entities (training sessions, quality assessment of documentation and testing sheets, tracking of deadlines, follow up of mitigations plans)
- Review, challenge and perform substantive tests to validate accuracy of the self-assessment on a random basis
- Coordinate the Representation Letters processes (Internal Control and Financials) throughout Sephora regions
- Identify areas of strengths and weaknesses, develop with region/local managements plans for improvement and develop best practices
- Assist regions and markets during LVMH internal audit phases and with external auditors
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of internal control/operating procedures to ensure compliance with Sephora/LVMH policies
INTERNAL AUDIT
- Perform on-site and off-site internal audits, Balance Sheet reviews in selected markets
- Conduct audit testing of potential risk areas and identify reportable issues
- Monitor and provide advice to management to minimize risk
- Coordinate follow up meeting of Audit reports with Regions and Markets
RISK MANAGEMENT
- Coordinate the Business Continuity Plan and keep it up to date
- Actively participate to update the Risk Assessment through a regular review of the Operational Major Risk matrix
- Coordinate the crisis management documentation, make sure it is updated on a regular basis and well known across the organization
- Actively participate to the implementation of proper SOD
OTHERS
- Contributes to develop datamining & IA capabilities
- If necessary, assist the Global Internal Audit & Internal Control Director in monitoring Fraud attempts
- Participate to referential formalization with other internal controllers in coordination with Sephora
- Contributes to transversal projects, IT solutions, new business initiatives (e-Com, new channels, …) giving an internal control point of view and ensuring appropriate processes and controls are implemented.

Fluent in French, and English, you ideally master a 3rd language (Mandarin is a plus)
7 to 8 years of experience in audit & internal control with an experience in operational finance (Accounting and Controlling), with a focus on internal control, business processes and business planning/business improvement.

- Proficient in Project Management
- Curiosity for data systems and capacity to use Information systems (SAP, POWER BI, …etc)
- Skillful at collecting, organizing and analyzing data, logically interpreting them and making conclusions, comfortable with IA concepts
- Good presentation skills – ability to prepare and deliver clear and impactful presentations to senior management
- Ability to manage complexity but the logic power to simplify and recommend pragmatic and practical solutions
- Ability to work under strict deadlines

The position is based in Neuilly sur Seine (Paris area) and will require travel.
