Financial Analyst and Reporting Expert

Division : Group Technology Solutions (GTS)

Responsibilities :

As Financial Analyst and Reporting Expert you will support Group Technology Solutions (GTS) division in all budget related activities, from data input & consolidation of all GTS costs to support project management activities.

• You will actively support Tribe Leads and Product Owners in managing their Infrastructure costs by providing appropriate analysis and advice.
• You will maintain Apptio Contracts and Assets inventory and ensure investments are correctly planned and budgeted.
• You will support big contracts renewal (Topaz, Microsoft …) and assess impact on GTS costs.
• You will maintain our Cost Transparency model and report the services TCO evolution to services owners.
• You will support Epic Delivery Owners / Project Leaders in assessing the impact of their epics / projects on GTS infrastructure costs.
• You will liaise with Finance, TMS and Supply Chain on transversal topics.
• You will participate in the dynamic of the team and motivate people to bring quality deliverables. You will validate the recording of different costs in the divisions’ P&L.

Requirements : Technical skills

• You have a Finance background, or proven experience in a Finance related position serving business units, with exposure to an IT context.
• You have very good knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
• You have a very good level of English (spoken and written).
• You have strong networking and relationship-building skills at a peer level across the company and particularly with IT Financial Management stakeholders, being Product Owners, Platform and Service Cost Owners, Tribe Leads, Finance and Business representatives.
• You can apply your business and technical knowledge to support in finding creative solutions.
• Good understanding of contracts and infrastructure cost structure is a plus.
• You have very strong analytical skills and like working with numbers.
• You are a team player, pragmatic and result oriented.
• You interact with senior management in a convincing way. You understand their views and reflect your understanding in your actions. You communicate with various types of stakeholders at various levels.
• You possess influencing skills and the ability to impact decisions within and outside the organization.
• You display a “can-do” mind-set, good problem-solving attitude and eagerness to push initiatives forward. You are willing to go into detail where if it effectively makes the difference.
