Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is Amazon's "Last Mile" delivery service, responsible for delivering packages to customers across the world. The AMZL network is undergoing quick growth and change on a global scale. Our teams are changing the way we interact with customers every single day and solving some of the biggest logistical issues facing not just Amazon, but the entire industry. AMZL is developing an innovative world-class Last Mile operation with a portfolio of buildings, vehicles, and technology to deliver customers' packages on time and tailored to our ever-changing customer expectations. AMZL Finance teams partner closely with global cross-functional business and tech teams to support this rapidly expanding business; promoting controllership, innovation, productivity, and cost-effective operations across the network in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to join our innovative tech company that is revolutionizing the logistics industry. As part of the Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Finance team, you will play a crucial role in one of Amazon's largest multi-year investments and a "must-win" initiative as we transition from third-party last mile providers to our first-party solution. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging data to solve complex, ambiguous problems and is committed to continuous learning and skill improvement. You should have a keen eye for details that make a significant impact and be excited about shaping the new standard of shopping. In this role, you will support the Launch & Expansion team on all business cases related to infrastructure investments (new Delivery Stations, new parking launch, Office and Welfare, Retrofits, etc).
A key aspect of this position involves designing processes and financial models at scale to accelerate business case readiness, ensure reliable financial analysis, and guarantee informed decision-making on critical one-way door decisions.

You will collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to solve capacity at risk across our EU Network, working together to make the best possible infrastructure decisions for AMZL. Your role will be essential in driving strategic decisions and supporting the expansion of our logistics network. As a member of the AMZL Finance team, you will join a group of professionals passionate about numbers and data, using them to generate insights and improve our business. Key job responsibilities

1. Leverage Amazon Logistic metrics to identify cost out opportunities by linking up operations and financials. Understand the details of the cost structure to make thoughtful judgement calls in ambiguous environments where data may be difficult to procure.
2. Build trusted partnerships with the business to influence and support tactical and strategic business decisions promoting business improvements and cost reductions. Communicate data (both written and verbal) in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner. Your communications drive critical business actions.
3. Identify risks, evaluate impact, propose changes, and implement improvements to remediate gaps. Identify opportunities and lead projects to streamline processes and reports.
4. Supervise and own the financial planning processes to produce a challenging/stretch/bold yet solid strategic plan. Supervise and own variance analysis between scenarios (actuals, Plan, Forecast...).

1. University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Math or a related field.
2. Several years working experience in Finance, consulting, investment banking, or similar.
3. Strong analytical and technical finance skills, including Excel.
4. Proven business partnering experience within a complex matrix organization.
5. Excellent communication skills.

1. Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting and variance analysis.
2. Good business instinct and judgment.
3. Comfortable in a fast-paced and ambiguous business environment.
4. Experience in setting up business cases and driving financial conclusions.
5. An eye towards continuous process improvement, including the ability to innovate and to simplify both finance and operational processes.
