Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support in group-wide budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. This role requires good expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning or any other budgeting tool (PowerBI, Tableau, Hyperion), financial modeling, and multi-entity consolidation, enabling data-driven decision-making at the executive level.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in financial planning and analysis, ERP systems (SAP, Workday, Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling. Experience in the media industry or multi-currency, multinational environments is highly preferred.
What You’ll Do
Group Budgeting and Forecasting
- End-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes across business units.
- Consolidate financial data from multiple entities to create accurate, group-level financial plans.
- Develop and maintain financial models in Adaptive Planning and Excel to support forecasting.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct variance analyses comparing actuals to budget and forecasts.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Prepare and present executive-level reports, dashboards, and financial visualizations.
Data Management & System Optimization
- Effectively use Workday Adaptive Planning for efficient financial planning.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency between Adaptive Planning and other financial systems.
Strategic Financial Planning
- Align financial planning processes with the company's long-term strategic goals.
- Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis for risk assessment.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks and optimize resource allocation strategies.
Process Improvement & Best Practices
- Continuously improve financial planning processes for better accuracy and efficiency.
- Implement FP&A best practices leveraging Adaptive Planning and Excel automation.
What You Bring
Education & Background
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s/MBA, CPA, CMA preferred).
- 5 to 8 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Good skills in Workday Adaptive Planning or any other budgeting tool, Workday ERP, and advanced Excel modeling.
- Preferred: Experience in media agencies OR multi-currency/multinational organizations with strong knowledge of IFRS 15 and project accounting.
- Previous experience leading a finance team of at least 5 people.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning or any other budget planning tool.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, financial modeling).
- Experience with Workday ERP or any other Tier-1 ERP and financial reporting tools.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Advanced Excel).
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong quantitative analysis skills for trend identification and decision-making.
- Ability to perform scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
Communication & Leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present financial insights.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to lead finance discussions.

- Exceptional accuracy in financial reports and models.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential financial data.

How We Work
This role requires two in-office days per week, with three days in-office during the three-month orientation period. Fully remote work is not available for this position.
