Responsibilities:

• Support at least 2 sales regions (including Europe and one another) in achieving KPIs, provide financial analysis and recommendations for business decisions, including but not limited to product pricing, credit policies, rebate policies, etc.
• Deliver monthly operational analysis reports (e.g., profitability analysis by region/customer/product line, budget achievement analysis, cost analysis).
• Lead annual budget planning, monitor budget execution, and promptly identify and resolve issues.
• Review contracts, approve expenses, ensure compliance, and control budget implementation.
• Continuously streamline business processes to ensure operational efficiency and goal attainment.
• Organize business and financial data, build financial models, and assist in improving financial management policies.
• Act as the finance representative of business units, provide financial solutions, and deal with financial-related problems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional finance/accounting certifications preferred.
• 3+ years of financial experience; Sales Financial Business Partner (BP) experience preferred (excellent candidates may be considered with 2 years of experience).
• Strong data processing, financial analysis, and operational analysis skills; proficiency in SQL/VBA/Power BI is a plus.
• Proficient in English.
• Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP financial software.
• Excellent learning agility, logical thinking, and innovation mindset; high accountability and teamwork spirit; strong organizational, coordination, project execution, and communication skills; curiosity about business; adaptability to fast-paced environments; open to cross-time zone communication requirements.
