Job Responsibilities

• Posting of sales ledger receipts
• Posting of purchase ledger payments
• Cash allocation
• Processing expenses
• Setting up suppliers
• Setting up bank payments
• Supporting with invoices, statements and allocations
• Answering general accounting and finance queries

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

• Previous experience working within a Finance Assistant position
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially in MS Excel (Pivot tables and V look ups)
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
