We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to support our budgeting, forecasting, and improving existing processes. This role involves analyzing financial data, tracking expenses, optimizing costs, and providing insights to enhance decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Budgeting & Expense Analysis

  1. Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances, and identifying key drivers.
  2. Track and analyze expenses, preparing reports on key cost categories.
  3. Conduct cost-benefit analyses and support vendor contract negotiations.

Financial Data Analysis & Reporting

  1. Develop reports and dashboards to monitor financial performance and key metrics.
  2. Support financial modeling and return on investment (ROI) assessments.
  3. Ensure accurate data entry and reconciliation in financial systems.

Project & Process Improvement Support

  1. Provide analytical support for financial planning and decision-making.
  2. Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
  3. Collaborate with various teams to enhance financial reporting and analysis.

Skills and Experience needed

  1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
  4. Experience with ERP systems and financial analysis tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar software.
  5. Strong business partnering skills and ability to build relationships across functions.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. High attention to detail and accuracy.
  8. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
