Field Specialist

Job Purpose :

We are looking for Field Specialists to join our team on a freelance basis. This role will shadow pharmaceutical representatives and/or MSL for the day and prepare a detailed report based on observations made while working with the representative and/or MSL as they interact with their customers. The work is contracted on a daily basis, based on the size of the project and number of field days required. The position would be suitable for someone looking for part-time freelance and project-based work.

Responsibility :

1. Contacting sales representatives and/or MSL to arrange a shadowing day in the field
2. Observing interactions between sales representatives and/or MSL and customers without disrupting their day (either face to face or virtually)
3. Conducting a 60/90 min interview during the field day
4. Submitting structured reports (workbooks) after each day in the field based on observations made within 24 hours of field visit
5. Attending 60 min online sessions prior to each project to understand the project objectives and share feedback
6. Participating in project debrief calls and potentially providing feedback to assist in the development of final recommendations

Requirements :

1. At least you have experience within market research or other Pharma supplier. Sales manager or sales representative experience with Pharma industry.
2. Availability to work on a freelance basis
3. Flexibility to travel within the country when needed
4. Strong attention to detail and good listening skills
