Field Service Engineer / Application Engineer - France

Location: Home Office in France

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work with Customers, Service Center, Product Specialists and Sales team to develop solutions for customers
2. Provide design and specification development support to consultants, integrators and distributors
3. Provide on-site installation and start-up support for Cleco Tightening equipment
4. Perform On Site MCT (Measurement Capability Tests) and Performance Tests
5. Collaborate with the manufacturing teams to develop the process for producing and development of custom tools and ensure product moves through process routings to meet customer requirements of the product and delivery
6. Provide technical phone support for all Cleco products
7. Maintain professional business relationships within target accounts
8. Identify customer's needs and sales opportunities to help future growth in Sales and Service
9. Travel to project sites to perform start-up, integration, and training services

Critical Skills & Qualifications:

1. Technical degree or equivalent through work experience
2. Multiple years of experience in Field Service and Application Support
3. Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
4. Willingness to travel 60-90%
5. Fluent in French and English
