In order to support the strong growth in the development of electric mobility in France, CIRCONTROL is currently looking for a Field Service Engineer for our division in France. Missions and Responsibilities :

1. Opening and management of after-sales service tickets: handling incoming calls on the dedicated after-sales service telephone line and email address (helpdesk)
2. Carrying out remote diagnostics and occasional on-site interventions for troubleshooting our products
3. Provide remote support (and occasionally on site) during customer commissioning with the support of our technical experts at headquarters.
4. Carry out standard exchanges and sending spare parts
5. Support for our internal processes, documentation and manufacturer software.
6. Monitoring of actions in progress or completed (dedicated tracking software and CRM), shipments and returns of spare parts (RMA)
7. Participation and animation in training sessions provided in France and at the headquarters in Barcelona
8. Carry out reporting and possible reporting of alerts to management

Profile and Required Skills :

1. Coming from technical training in electrical engineering or IT
2. 2 years of experience in a similar position
3. A first experience in the field of electromobility would be ideal
4. P1, P2, P3 and MA1 training would be very appreciated
5. Native French language and a good command of English (Spanish would be a plus)
6. Good mastery of Microsoft suite tools, CRM, and reporting capabilities
7. Have a sociable temperament with the ability to take initiative and be customer oriented
8. Location: Vélizy, 78 - Yvelines, and occasional trips to customer sites to be expected
