The sales responsibility of this role is for ADP's France Payroll and HR solutions. The role embraces new sales to new customers with over 1000 employees. Sales cycles are of a 6 - 9 month period and customer negotiation is likely to be with up to 5 / 6 people, depending on the organisation and structure of the prospect.

Key Duties / Tasks

  1. Create own business plan within overall framework.
  2. Identify prospects and define contact programme within set parameters.
  3. Arrange prospect appointments and undertake visits.
  4. Identify and, where possible, influence prospect needs.
  5. Work with pre-sales when necessary to develop solutions to fit prospect needs.
  6. Present response to meet prospect needs with existing product service solution.
  7. Maintain chosen ADP database management tool and adhere to the current defined sales processes.

Education And Experience

  1. Minimum five years' software sales experience.
  2. New business mindset.
