Fanbase Front End Developer (RxJS)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled React developer with deep expertise in RxJS to join our team and contribute to building a next-generation social media platform. Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and optimise responsive, high-performance front-end applications using React, Jotai, Tanstack Query and Tailwind.
2. Integrate Web3 technologies, including decentralised payment systems and smart contracts, into the platform.
3. Utilise Firebase for authentication, storage, and cloud functions to enhance platform.
4. Implement advanced state management and real-time data handling with RxJS.
5. Ensure smooth interoperability between Web3 components and the front end.
6. Handle client-side image and media processing, ensuring optimisation, transformations, and efficient delivery.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in building high-performance, scalable front-end applications with the above technologies, and adopts use of AI Agents in their daily work processes.
2. Strong experience with Firebase services, including authentication, Firestore, real-time databases, and cloud functions.
3. Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript, with a focus on clean, maintainable code.
4. Familiarity with common client-side Video on Demand (VoD) and live streaming technologies, including media formats, streaming protocols, and player integration.
5. Hands-on experience working with Web3 SDKs (e.g., Web3.js, ethers.js, or similar libraries).

Desirable Skills & Experience:

1. Experience developing for social media platforms.
2. Interest in or experience with cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies.
3. Awareness of alternative creator platforms and their ecosystem.
4. Full-stack (N-Tier) experience, including functions as service (serverless).
