Canopy is a premium lifestyle hotel brand from Hilton that emphasizes local authenticity and the guest experience. Canopy by Hilton Cannes has 141 rooms including suites and apartments, a bar, two restaurants, a rooftop, an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness, spa and conference and event spaces.

In addition to breakfast, the two outlets catering welcome customers from 8 am to midnight:

  • Located on the ground floor of the hotel, the Brunch Club Café Crème revives the basics of «Breakfast in America» from 8 am to 5 pm.
  • From 5 pm, our Marea Rooftop fine dining is a vibrant celebration of the generosity of the ocean and its products, inspired by the diverse cuisine of the seaside regions of the Mediterranean. We also offer a signature cocktail menu.

Job's Description

General Missions

  • Participate in the definition and implementation of the hotel strategy in the points of sale catering (catering, bar, banquet, PDJ).
  • Prepare the elements of the budget forecast that fall within its activity.
  • Manage, motivate and organize your teams to optimize the quality and creativity of the restaurant's services, in compliance with brand standards.
  • Be force of proposition and develop the result and management of the different points of sale, expenses and profitability.
  • Be a guarantor of the quality of service provided to the client, ensure their comfort and ensure that the welcome is warm and personalized.

Team's Management (30/40 people)

  • Anticipate needs and participate in the recruitment of its teams.
  • Develop the skills of its employees and support them in their professional development.
  • Conduct annual assessment interviews with its employees, set their objectives and support them in the implementation of their professional project.
  • Develop the motivation and commitment of his team by creating a good working atmosphere.
  • Facilitate working, information and exchange meetings with his team.
  • Train and motivate your team on sales arguments and ensure their application.
  • Recruit, integrate, facilitate, organize, train and motivate staff.

Business Technical

  • Design, implement and evaluate action plans that support the achievement of assigned objectives and projects.
  • Manage the associated human and budgetary resources.
  • Manage and optimize the costs associated with its services.
  • Manage and value the various points of sale catering to guarantee a quality service to the customer.
  • Organize and supervise implementations based on activity forecasts and product information.
  • Ensure the quality of the presentation of sales materials and verify compliance with pricing.
