Export control Tech rater for Support and Services h/f

Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Export Control Technical Rater (f/m) to join our Support and Services (S&S) directorate based in Marignane, France.

You will be part of a department in charge of performance improvement and transformation projects. As part of the Export Control Team, you will be involved in Helicopter Technical analysis aiming at supporting all S&S departments to deliver in compliance with Export Control regulations. This means improving processes, method, tools, training and data, facilitating business operations.

Your working environment:

Major economic hub with Marseille-Provence Airport, Marignane is a dynamic city in the southeast of France. It is located near the cities of Aix-en-Provence and Marseille, which host a rich cultural and tourist offer. Close to the beaches of the Côte Bleue, it offers many options for water sports activities.

Your challenges:

Your mission consists in becoming Export Control Technical rater, performing:

• Export Control classifications of parts and Helicopters
• Providing on job training to ensure each department is able to classify their intangibles
• Supporting the deployment of processes
• Working on needs identification of Licences and accreditations

You will work in relation to many other Export Control actors and with internal employees with Design and Production profiles, in France, Germany and worldwide.

Your profile:

• Engineer or equivalent, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in aeronautic
• Technical expertise: Aeronautical and technical experience is mandatory
• Fluent English is required
• Basic knowledge of Export Control regulations is welcome
• Agility with digital applications is needed
• This job implies a commitment to work with integrity to insure compliance to international regulations

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
