Job Description

Within Global Markets, you join the PSE (Pre-Trade, Sales & Execution) team of dynamic and committed professionals. In this team, we work to optimize our trading systems and improve our technology infrastructure while combining innovation with energy efficiency.

Your daily tasks are:

1. Define the common path of the pre-trade FI and Equity systems in collaboration with the architects and the different teams in the department;
2. Work towards the standardization of IT systems by translating business requirements and objectives into effective technological solutions;
3. Modernize the messaging and observability technologies of our critical "real time" systems;
4. Ensure performance and reliability of the systems in place by identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization;
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with GM IT teams and the Front Office.

The position is based in Paris and at our location it’s 10 days of teleworking per month, 15 to 17 RTT days per year, on-site services like catering, the gym or corporate concierge. Our remuneration is composed of a fixed amount, an annual bonus and a corporate savings scheme including profit sharing, participation and payment.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Graduate with at least 20 years of experience in IT solution development for trading rooms.

You are proficient in:

1. Market making processes;
2. Electronic trading;
3. Execution in the fixed income and equity markets;
4. The performance issues of IT solutions;
5. The resilience of pre-trade information systems.

You are:

1. Excellent communication skills;
2. Recognized for your leadership and team spirit;
3. Rigorous and solution-oriented.

You have a C1 level of English.
