Our company is a dynamic mobile gaming studio dedicated to delivering high-quality, engaging experiences that bring comfort and sincere fun to players worldwide. We are a team of highly motivated specialists (60+ people) and obsessive innovators, producing engaging high-end games to serve our players with that sweet taste of joy.

Our flagship title is a casual mobile game (Merge & Puzzle) that combines resource management, gardening, and a rich storyline with intriguing character arcs. Players explore a magical world filled with charming characters and creatures, engaging in match-and-merge gameplay to restore and develop the game's environment.

We leverage data in development, keeping the team close to developers in a hands-on manner to achieve the best results. This data-driven approach is one of our key points in creating awesome games.

Location Requirement:
For this role, we are looking for candidates based in Europe.

About the Role:

We are seeking a (Creative) Lead Game Designer to drive the creative vision and long-term engagement strategy of our established, fast-growing mobile game.

You will work closely with the product team, economy designers, and technical game designers to design game mechanics, core loops, progression systems, and endgame features. This role requires a deep understanding of casual mobile gaming audiences, long-term player engagement, and in-app monetization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own a creative game design vision, ensuring a consistent, high-quality player experience.
  • Create new features, mechanics, and progression systems to extend player engagement beyond one year.
  • Work collaboratively with product managers, economy designers, and the game development team to optimize retention and monetization strategies.
  • Guide the game’s design principles and standards, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Conduct playtesting, data analysis, and iteration to refine features and maximize impact.
  • Oversee long-term game growth strategies, shaping the roadmap for sustained player enjoyment.
  • Advocate for the player experience, ensuring seamless UI / UX, intuitive mechanics, and a compelling game world.
  • Collaborate with LiveOps to ensure cohesive gameplay improvements and event strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in game design, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Proven track record of designing and shipping successful mobile free-to-play (F2P) games.
  • Deep understanding of casual audiences, particularly in merge, farming, or resource management games.
  • Experience designing progression systems, late-game content, and long-term engagement features.
  • Strong knowledge of game economy principles, LTV, KPIs, and monetization strategies.
  • Ability to balance creative innovation with data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to inspire and align a team around a creative vision.
  • Experience working on live games with ongoing updates and expansions.
  • Work on a fast-growing, successful mobile game with a dedicated player base.
