• Build and maintain strong relationships with operators / vendors to ensure seamless execution of charters.
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and ensuring all details of their travel are handled with precision and care.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with a back-office support team to streamline operations and focus on client acquisition and retention.
