Certifications

Diploma in hotel business required.

Ability in the language:

Bilingual in English and French or Mandarin preferred.

Seasonal contract. Salary adapted to skills and experience (fixed salary + bonus on objective). Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med and other advantages connected with our Club Med group.

You will

• Represent the luxury by Club Med with our clients and our teams.
• Apply the company strategy in the Exclusive Collection Areas.
• Implement the services offer in the hotel and leisure sectors.
• Create friendly relationships with our clients in order to promote the uniqueness of Club Med culture and spirit.
• Assure the application of Club Med quality standards, as well as hygiene and safety rules, including the maintenance of our heritage in relation to our hotel and leisure services of which you are in charge.
• Gather and coordinate your team around one objective, attitude and behavior appropriate with the Luxurious range that we offer in Club Med.
• Stimulate the profit results of the hotel and leisure services of which you are in charge.
• Be responsible for the following-up, control and application of the local legal standards in the sector that you are in charge of.
• Support chief de village to maintain good relationships with the local authorities.
• Identify the needs of other team members in order to assist improving their competences and assign them in the suitable training.
