Role Overview:

Untamed is seeking a highly organised Event & Logistics Coordinator (E&LC) to join its new Direct Sales (DS) team. This will be an extremely exciting opportunity to have an immediate and meaningful impact on the success of our D2C sales activities whilst this promising new channel is in its infancy.

As the E&LC at Untamed, you will report directly to the Head of Direct Sales and oversee all things related to booking events. You will help build and manage our Event Hub, playing a major role in deciding which events our Brand Ambassador sales team will attend and their success.

On the back end, you will coordinate any logistics required for each event, manage the channel’s equipment, and liaise with the Ambassador Team Manager to ensure everything runs purr-fectly smooth.

Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

1. Build, update, and maintain Event Hub:
   • Play a major role in building a working Event Hub alongside the wider DS team
   • Input pertinent data (i.e. dates & costs) for relevant events into the Event Hub
   • Input and compare CAC forecasts & actual post-event data
   • Report cost analysis for every event
2. Oversee all aspects of event booking:
   • Speak to & negotiate with event organisers
   • Attention to stand position and type of traders in vicinity
   • Handle all event invoicing and payments
3. Oversee all logistical aspects of channel:
   • Manage and maintain channel's physical assets
   • Organise & share event details to coordinate a prepared & informed sales team

Role Requirements:

• Essential:
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Able to work well under pressure, independently and within a small team
  • Knowledge of Google Sheets with the ability to do formulaic cell work
  • Understanding of CAC and how to reduce CAC where possible
  • Passion for cats
• Desirable:
  • Negotiation skills are desired, but not essential
  • Previous Cat Food or Pet Industry experience is desired, but not essential
