The Finance Development Program is a graduate program with a difference. This is our fast-track initiative for building our future international finance leaders.

You will get meaningful international experience through the three years of the program, with time spent working in an international environment with top finance leaders. You will have the opportunity to stretch your limits and knowledge while learning how finance works.

Program highlights:

1. Three-year rotation program for recent finance, economics, or business graduates.
2. One experience working in Financial Planning & Analysis, including time spent supporting performance management cycle, business forecast, business planning, actuals analysis, and reporting activities.
3. One experience supporting Supply Chain Finance, where you will build your skills on costing, plant controlling, and forecasting.
4. One experience in our Commercial Finance team, using your analytical and influencing skills to help your assigned division make smart customer deals.
5. Structured learning and training opportunities, including funding of CIMA professional qualification and targeted Ecolab finance content.
6. Competitive salary and benefits package, including financial and relocation support.
7. Structured career progression and permanent contract of employment.

From the start of your journey, you'll join our team in our Business Services Centre in Krakow. You'll join us on a permanent contract of employment with our Polish company, and this will be your base throughout the program. Your roots will be in Krakow while you learn the fundamentals of corporate finance.

What you'll need:

1. Degree in finance, business, or a related field.
2. Fluency in English; other European languages are beneficial.
3. Energy and action-driven attitude.
4. First-rate attention to detail with great communication skills.
5. Analytical skills.

Mobility: This program is based in Krakow.
