Implementation and Project Manager (d / f / m) of Digital Continuity – Airframe Stress

The transnational organization Integration & Stress Airframe & Installation is looking for an airframe stress affine implementation and project manager for digital continuity for the métier and its interfaces. As part of the digital transformation and M&T strategy within the organization, the implementation and project manager of digital continuity – Airframe Stress will take the responsibility to frame, develop, establish and test, in strong collaboration with key users, the end-to-end digital continuity. Several interfaces towards design, integration, M&T enablers, IM, DDMS (Digital Design, Manufacturing and Services) teams are to be taken under consideration and need to be harmonized due to the strong transversal set-up.

At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities

1. Maturate and refine the roadmap of digital continuity and simulation data management within Airframe Stress and elaborate short term benefits due to customized AI implementations.
2. Harmonize this roadmap with main stakeholders in the métier (via key-users) in Donauwörth and Marignane as well as M&T (Methods and Tools) team and IM.
3. Drive the implementations in an agile way, together with key-users, towards operational use in a transnational set-up.
4. Valuing collaboration across the boundaries of organizations (e.g. Integration, Airframe, IM, DDMS) as a key enabler of success.
5. Focus on customer driven operational needs and efficiency improvements.
6. Managing and leading this project / transformation with a structured approach and focus on business value under the specifics of Airframe Stress.
7. Reviewing and evaluating technical risks associated with implementations.

Desired skills and qualifications

1. Completed studies (master / diploma) in IT / IM, engineering, aerospace or comparable course of study.
2. Experience within IT / IM as well as AI within an engineering domain.
3. Good programming skills (e.g. Java, Python) and experience with database applications.
4. In depth experience with the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) Platform.
5. Experience within stress, strength and fatigue of lightweight structures is definitely a plus.
6. Experience in Project Management, including Scaled Agile Framework is definitely a plus.
7. High level of conceptual and analytical skills, personal responsibility, motivation and engagement.
8. Result oriented mind set connected with the trend scouting capabilities to identify future.
9. Strength in communication and teamwork.
10. High degree of flexibility and willingness for regular business travels.
11. Language skills: English and German - negotiation level.
