Duties:

1. Distributes all benefit enrollment materials and determines eligibility.
2. Handles incoming customer service calls and dispatches incoming customer phone calls.
3. Accepts customer calls and returns customer inquiries.
4. Responds to client requests for coverages while representing their best interests.
5. Creates and explains individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system.
6. Works and learns from management teams to stay up to date on new products, services, and policies.
