Context of the Role:

As part of our dynamic Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our second line of defence on Capital Management activities. Working closely with Senior Management, Finance team, and other key stakeholders, you'll help ensure our risk management practices not only meet but exceed regulatory expectations.

Your Missions:

• Lead critical reviews of Finance deliverables, particularly related to ICAAP.
• Work on interactions between ICAAP/ILAAP and other strategic processes like RAS, risk identification, and materiality assessments.
• Drive the development and execution of stress-testing frameworks, focusing on capital and liquidity.
• Challenge assumptions related to stress test scenarios and contribute to capital and liquidity planning.
• Draft and implement policies related to Capital and Stress Test frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Contribute to complex projects like CRD IV gap analysis and provide expert opinions to senior management and regulators.

About you:

Proactive, strategic thinker with 5-8 years of relevant experience in risk and capital management within the financial services industry. You should have:

• A strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., CRR3, Basel, SREP, ICAAP/ILAAP).
• Experience in capital management projects and a deep knowledge of financial and non-financial risk management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders and departments.
• Experience in the leasing or mobility industry is a plus, as is fluency in French (though not required).
• An advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or Risk Management, and relevant certifications (FRM, COSO) are highly desirable.
