Your Missions:
Project planning and monitoring: You ensure that the equipment and buildings under your responsibility comply with the project plan.
Project management:
- You will manage the projects entrusted to you autonomously (keeping KPIs, reporting on the health of the project, etc.).
- You will carry out the necessary PSAs to enable decisions to be taken.
- You draw up technical specifications for equipment and buildings based on Ceva standards.
- You propose, validate and control technical solutions for the project.
- You represent the technical department to ensure that maintenance and production expectations are taken into account, and draw up the risk analysis.
- You ensure that EHS and quality standards are taken into account in the project.
Supplier management:
- You are in daily contact with the main suppliers, providing them with all the information they need in time to guarantee the project and its schedule.
- You monitor construction work and ensure that prevention plans are in place.
- You suggest technical proposals.
- Ensure that technical proposals comply with Ceva's contracting standards for design and construction.
- You evaluate suppliers in conjunction with purchasing and take part in supplier selection committees.
- You will monitor the qualification phase through to project completion.
- You are responsible for the acceptance of buildings and equipment.
Your Profile:
Level of education / training:
- You have a general engineering degree or 5 years' higher education and at least 5 years' experience in engineering project management.
- You are familiar with Lean Manufacturing tools, project management and problem-solving methods.
- You are at ease in English and with IT tools and CAD software (Autocad).
Technical skills:
- In-depth knowledge and ability to propose innovative solutions to increase productivity, in production equipment, electrical engineering, plant construction, clean utilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of GMP and safety regulations and ability to apply them independently.
- Ability to initiate, plan, execute, control and close the work of a team to achieve specific objectives and meet specific success criteria within given deadlines.
- You are fluent in French (written and spoken) (level C2).
- You can read, speak and write in English (min B2 level).
