Leverage your toolbox of skills to attract and retain top talent for our growing organization through employer branding and talent marketing. Right now, we’re looking for a dedicated and experienced branding practitioner to join our global employer branding team, supporting France, one of our key recruitment markets. This position will be based in Puteaux, France or Chartres, France – Travel between the sites is expected.

The position

The Employer Brand Activation Specialist is responsible for developing and executing the talent attraction and employer branding strategy in France. This includes collaborating with local stakeholders in human resources, communications, and recruitment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advise and execute on initiatives and tactics to address talent attraction needs short and long term, considering the local market context. This could include, but is not limited to:
  • Support with local content and employee stories for “always on” campaigns.
  • Create media plans to bring to life our Employer Value Proposition.
  • Plan and execute on recruitment marketing campaigns and talent outreach events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, industry contacts, and other sources of potential candidates.
  • Support/manage recruitment marketing campaigns across the region related to strategic priorities and talent segments.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, we expect you to:

  • Have min. 5 years of experience working with marketing, branding, communications (preferably related to talent attraction).
  • Have experience with digital campaign management (from international marketing agency/consultancy or large international company).
  • Ideally BA or other academic degree in business, marketing, branding, communications.
  • As a person, you enjoy working both independently and as a team. You have a high degree of cultural agility and an international mindset, and you speak and write English fluently, enabling you to manage stakeholders and work efficiently with colleagues across cultures. You approach tasks with structure, insights, and a positive “can do” attitude, and you thrive in a context where it’s sometimes necessary to learn by doing. We expect you to bring curiosity, respect, and care and we promise to give you the same.
