Résumé / Purpose of Position (Summary)

Lead and be responsible for the HES management system for the Chatillon plant and assist the Mohammedia Plant.

Responsibilities

Principales responsabilités / Major Responsibilities

• Implement and ensure the implementation of MSA EHS policy
• Develop MSA Best practices
• Improve Safety Risk Assessment (SRA) and implement actions
• Manage incident and near miss analysis, implement and follow action plan
• Prepare, implement and sustain global EHS communication
• Ensure the reporting

Système de gestion HSE / EHS management system

• Define the EHS management system for the plant according to Global EHS standard
• Prepare and manage internal and external EHS audit and action plan
• Create EHS procedure and instructions
• Organize EHS management review
• Participate in safety council
• Manage MSDS
• Define Safety champions mission, training follow up
• EHS training of new associates
• Manage EHS training and budget
• Define and implement Personal and Collective Protective equipment

Assure la conformité avec les exigences juridictionnelles HSE / Ensure compliance with EHS jurisdictional requirements

• Identify new requirements, measure plant compliance and implement and share with management action plan
• Ensure compliance with EHS enforcement agency and mandatory controls
• Manage waste and mandatory environmental declaration
• Validate the conformity of new equipment

Qualifications

• EHS system
• Fluent in English
• 3 to 5 years of EHS management experience

Expérience (souhaitée)Experience (preferred)

• International environment
• Small and medium volumes manufacturing experience

Formation (requise)/Education (required)

• EHS engineer
• Bachelor’s degree in EHS
