SDPM Supplier Delivery Performance Manager

SDPM supporting activities for Material Management:

Preventative Activities

• Drive Light Supply Chain Audit (LSCA) and Capacity Assessment (CA) when required
• Drive Full Supply Chain Audit (FSCA) when required
• Participate and contribute in Supplier Development and Supplier Performance initiatives from procurement
• Assess suppliers’ capacity and SC capability based on reliable consolidated global demand
• Perform root cause analysis
• Contribute to procurement activities, such as supplier selection, supplier awards, supplier escalation and ramp-up
• Train SDPM community (newcomers to qualified and qualified to certifying expert) to ensure team sustainability

Reactive Activities

• Monitor Supplier's performance KPIs
• Participate/lead Suppliers’ performance reviews
• Prepare and contribute to External OTIF reviews
• Contribute to the project SC objectives and targets by ensuring material planning activities are in line with these objectives
• Support CCMT process

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES

• Graduated at least from Higher Education in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
• Supply Chain or Lean Management certification preferable
• Experience in Lean Management projects, production, industrialization
• Knowledgeable in performing audits - advantageous
• Supply Chain, Project Management, and Quality experience – advantageous
• Materials requirements planning
