SDPM Supplier Delivery Performance Manager
SDPM supporting activities for Material Management:
Preventative Activities
- Drive Light Supply Chain Audit (LSCA) and Capacity Assessment (CA) when required
- Drive Full Supply Chain Audit (FSCA) when required
- Participate and contribute in Supplier Development and Supplier Performance initiatives from procurement
- Assess suppliers’ capacity and SC capability based on reliable consolidated global demand
- Perform root cause analysis
- Contribute to procurement activities, such as supplier selection, supplier awards, supplier escalation and ramp-up
- Train SDPM community (newcomers to qualified and qualified to certifying expert) to ensure team sustainability
Reactive Activities
- Monitor Supplier's performance KPIs
- Participate/lead Suppliers’ performance reviews
- Prepare and contribute to External OTIF reviews
- Contribute to the project SC objectives and targets by ensuring material planning activities are in line with these objectives
- Support CCMT process
MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES
- Graduated at least from Higher Education in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- Supply Chain or Lean Management certification preferable
- Experience in Lean Management projects, production, industrialization
- Knowledgeable in performing audits - advantageous
- Supply Chain, Project Management, and Quality experience – advantageous
