Global Indirect Sourcing Lead

• Execute the Global Indirects Sourcing Transformation strategy.
• Track and evaluate the performance of MGS-C against KPIs and SLAs.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with managing RC indirect spend.
• Develop contingency plans to ensure continuity of supply.
• Manage spend, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Manage and guide regional sourcing teams.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among regional teams.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and prepare reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and ethical sourcing practices.
• Support regional teams in developing and implementing sourcing strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
• Track and evaluate supplier performance.

• A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
