We’re seeking a proactive and results-driven Central Performance Delivery Manager (Hotel Performance Support) based either in Windsor, UK or Paris, France, to help our hotels operate at their best, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences. This role works closely with hotel General Managers to align on performance plans, implement IHG tools, and drive the adoption of best practices.
