Customer Details

• Our customer is a division of one of France's biggest energy groups, who have ambitious plans for their Cloud Platform over the next few years. They have a team of Engineers and Developers at the moment and are looking for additional support from an Engineer/Administrator.
• The customer offers great benefits including fully remote working and the chance to take on more ambitious work with the support of the more senior staff and development team.
• Glocomms have worked with this customer for the last 3 years and have been responsible for a number of key hires into the business.

Job Details

L1 Cloud Engineer/Administrator

• Your primary responsibilities will be to support the Developers and Engineers on the AWS Platform doing tasks like permissions, configurations, issues, user accounts administration, and onboarding assistance.
• Given the role is a junior level position, the technical requirements are fairly open, but they are looking for someone with a good understanding and some technical experience with AWS. Any of the following are nice to have: Atlassian, Confluence, Jira, Terraform, Python, Programming, and Git.
• You will be joining the Development team and effectively working as their L1/Admin support, working alongside and learning from a team of experienced Developers. If you have high ambitions in the AWS space, this is a great opportunity for you!
• No specific certificates are required, but any relevant AWS or Development certificates will certainly support your application.
