Job Description:

Your job will be to assist the Project Manager with all activities around ITB Berlin, such as:

1. Sales & Marketing: Relation with prospects & clients (leading Destination Management organizations, Hospitality & tourism companies). Our clients include companies such as Indonesia Ministry of Tourism, German National Tourist Organization, Dubai Tourism, Best Western, Hilton, etc.
2. Contact and follow up: Maintain the exhibitor database, present our publications and communication opportunities (advertisement & editorial), and manage CRM.
3. Event logistics: Organize travel, detailed planning for the show, trade stand, and relations with service providers (e.g., printer, stand builder, deliveries).
4. Partnerships: Work with local hotels & restaurants and develop our “Where to go in Berlin” column & website.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English; German & French are a plus.
• Business & marketing background (e.g., business studies); tourism background is a plus.
• Independent working, team spirit, sense of responsibility, attention to detail, excellent written & oral communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Office tools.
