The Education Programs Lead will be responsible for shaping and maintaining the integrity of LAcoustics learning programs within the Digital & AI discipline. Acting as a discipline liaison to the Director of Education Programs, he / she will ensure that all programs are strategically aligned, educationally sound, and consistently updated to meet the evolving needs of both learners and the professional audio industry.

Designed to serve both LAcoustics workforce of 1000 collaborators and a global learning community of 15000 learners, this role involves specifying and designing learning programs, curating and assessing educational content, collaborating closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and the Education Experience team, and occasionally delivering training sessions. While the Education Programs Lead gatekeeps the technical relevance of the learning programs, the Education Experience team provides support in learning methods and technologies, instructional design, and digital learning solutions to create engaging, effective, and transformative learning experiences.

By bridging technical expertise and learning design, the Education Programs Lead will strive to empower learners with essential skills in digital tools, AI technologies, and data-driven processes tailored to the unique needs of LAcoustics. Key topics include:

1. Cybersecurity
2. AI technologies & usage
3. Business process automation
4. Product & software development tools and processes

More precisely, he / she will oversee:

Program Development:

1. Specify and design learning programs within the Digital & AI discipline ensuring alignment with industry trends and learner needs.
2. Ensure consistency and coherence across all Digital & AI courses.
3. Work closely with SMEs to consolidate knowledge and develop high-quality educational content.

Content Curation & Evaluation:

1. Identify, evaluate, and integrate relevant off-the-shelf learning materials (including eLearning modules and onsite training materials) to complement in-house content.
2. Assess the relevance and effectiveness of existing content and recommend improvements.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

1. Collaborate with the Education Experience team to design and develop engaging and effective courses.
2. Collaborate with both internal and external experts to develop and refine course content.
3. Liaise between the Director of Education Programs and the Education Experience team for the Digital & AI discipline.

Training & Certification:

1. Deliver training sessions, workshops, or lectures when needed.
2. Ensure the certification of both internal and external trainers according to general certification of LAcoustics trainers.
3. Stay up to date with emerging trends, best practices, and technological advancements ensuring programs remain relevant and forward-thinking.
4. Collect feedback from both learners and stakeholders, using performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Masters degree in Data Analytics, Data Engineering & AI or any closely related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in Digital & AI discipline must have a strong expertise.
3. Native or proficiency in English; French is a plus.
4. Experience in learning or instructional design is a plus.
5. Thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional, and multicultural environment.
6. Autonomous, highly organized, and rigorous.
7. Very good didactic approach and writing skills.
