As an ambitious and expanding company, this is an exciting time to join DEPI. We are building strong networks particularly across government school networks, yayasan-operated schools, and SPK institutions.
As Education Partnerships & Marketing Manager, you will support the Managing Director in driving DEPI’s outreach strategy, focusing on building strong relationships with government schools, yayasan-operated schools, and education stakeholders across Indonesia.
You will manage your own sales pipeline, support lead generation, and contribute to DEPI’s marketing efforts to grow our partner portfolio. This includes developing Bahasa Indonesia campaigns, managing social media channels, and creating outreach materials tailored to school audiences.
You will also manage DEPI’s Sales Navigator account and lead generation tools, while supporting translation and localisation of marketing content and materials.

Market Research & Reporting
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or marketing roles, ideally within the education sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Proven network or experience engaging with government schools and yayasan-operated schools highly desirable.
Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
Strong presentation skills — comfortable presenting to senior education stakeholders.
Proficiency with Canva and experience in social media content creation (graphic design skills desirable).
Experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Willingness to travel within Indonesia as required.
