The Role
CMA CGM is growing across various businesses and geographies at a very rapid pace and is heavily investing in innovation, digitalization and decarbonization. Achieving our ambitious goals requires highly organized, adaptable and dedicated internal advisors.
As a member of the CMA Consulting team, you will get involved in internal strategic advisory for the CEO. You will be working in small teams, on short to long-term projects and on all businesses and geographies. Missions assigned include strategic reviews, operational efficiency assessment, geopolitical impacts analyses, etc.
You will be part of the CEO Office and reporting to the CEO’s Chief of staff, whose overall responsibilities include advisory and support in the Group transformation.

Responsibilities
Guarantee impactful project delivery and presentations:
You cooperate with the team leader and the other team members or in total autonomy to ensure project progress and efficient delivery while upholding the Group’s standards
You work cross functionally to gather momentum and key data
You propose impactful analyses, contribute to the reports and present your recommendations to the CEO
Develop yourself and others:
You keep up with industry trends to be able to navigate and understand various conversations with ease
You deploy best practices, new tools or approaches whenever relevant
You contribute to build and you help grow the other team members
Qualification and Profile
Master degree from a top-tier institution
Minimum of 8 years’ experience within an international and challenging environment dealing with strategic projects, ideally in a leading consulting firm
International mindset and exposure
Strong leadership skills, ability to inspire and motivate team members
Excellent organizational skills, with good attention to details
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work at all levels of the organization
Highly adaptable and flexible in changing environments
Proven problem solving skills and capacity to bring value and propose meaningful solutions
Fluency in French and English
Willing to learn and grow within the firm
