In this HSE function, you will gradually take on the role of an HSE engineer within our production plant. In this capacity, you will have operational missions to implement certain environmental, safety, and health standards and follow HSE projects in collaboration with production line operators and site management (technical service, quality, etc.). You will prioritize tasks, manage the "Plan-Do-Check-Adjust" cycle, and organize training for operational teams.

Your Missions

You will play a central role in our mission to improve the snacking experience worldwide. You will translate the requirements of defined HSE standards into pragmatic, straightforward, and effective operational practices/rules without degrading our operational modes and costs, monitored by the implementation of relevant and adapted performance and/or operational indicators.

You will have a good understanding of losses and areas for improvement in your field and take all necessary measures to eliminate them. Activities will include:

  • Assisting the HSE manager in deploying environmental, safety, and health standards;
  • Supporting HSE performance management (performance indicators, action plan follow-up, management, etc.);
  • Participating in HSE and cross-functional projects.

You could be the ideal person we are looking for if...

  • Education: Master's degree/Engineering in HSE or Master's degree/Engineering with a predominant HSE focus in their training.
  • Skills:
  • Student in an engineering school or university master's program;
  • Fluent in English (minimum B1 level);
  • Strong interest in continuous improvement processes;
  • Analytical mindset, curious, rigorous, and methodical;
  • Knowledge of Excel (basic functions, pivot tables, etc.), Word, and PowerPoint.

Profile and Skills

The willingness to shape your future and accelerate your career, bringing your experience and knowledge in the following areas:

  • Managing production line teams;
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams (production, continuous improvement, technical, quality, etc.);
  • Effective communication, both oral and written; attention to detail.
