The Barman is to ensure the best guest experience possible
In a lively, dynamic environment, the Barman is to participate in the drink service. You will be responsible for welcoming and serving guests following the standards, respecting the food safety regulations and the budget. In the interest of quality and customer satisfaction, you will master our product and menus in order to advise guests and make additional sales.
The Barman has good interpersonal skills and takes care of our guests to ensure they have an excellent stay in our hotel.
Profile
Prior hospitality training is desirable or prior experience in a branded, customer-facing environment. Conversational English required. You should be comfortable with following guidelines, have knowledge of service standards and be able to represent the hotel's image through quality work and a great guest experience.
