Medical Information Officer/Specialist German - VAF174

Location: France, Germany

Contract Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

1. Answering e-mails and phone calls from HCP and non-HCP in local languages: French, German, and English.
2. Conducting Pharmacovigilance (PV), Medical Information (MI), and Product Quality Control (PQC) cases.
3. Being the main contact for clients: reporting to clients, KPI, invoicing.
4. Writing SOP/WPD.
5. Drafting summaries of bibliographic research (adhoc).

Profile

Education: Preferably with a scientific background (or Medical secretary possible).

Experience: Equivalent experience in the pharma industry (2 to 3 years).

Languages: German (Native oral & written), French (Professional proficiency oral & written), English (Professional proficiency oral & written). Language skills will be tested during the interview.

Technical Skills:

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• Good telephony skills (fluent/comfortable on the phone).
• Comfortable working with CRMs (customer relationship management).
• Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
• Bibliographic research and summary drafting is a plus.

Additional Experience:

• Other European language is a plus.
• Cross-functional collaboration is a plus.
