Role Summary

The main mission of this position is to support the in-store team to create an environment that fosters creativity, encourages team development, and reflects the Urban Outfitters philosophy. You will be an ambassador of the "Peers Training Peers" philosophy.

What You'll Be Doing

Personality:

• Provide customers with a pleasant experience by offering your services in a conversational manner.
• Be available and attentive to customers.
• Deliver a customer experience that meets the brand's excellence criteria during "mystery shopper" sales.
• Contribute to the overall atmosphere of the store by exhibiting a positive, respectful, and helpful attitude towards others.
• Be a brand ambassador by respecting its values and acting as an example within the team.

Teamwork & Communication:

• Work productively with others to achieve a common goal.
• Assist in the training and development of team members.
• Communicate positively and effectively with all team members.
• Actively participate in daily meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Be efficient in your tasks (at the registers, during merchandise shipping, and in fitting rooms).
• Participate in new merchandise shipments, help the team receive/store products, keep storage areas clean and organized.
• Participate in the quick and accurate execution of weekly tasks (markdowns, redirects, transfers, and RTV).
• Be mindful of loss prevention policies and adhere to all stock control measures.
• Follow the company's safety and health regulations.

Setup and Merchandising:

• Adhere to merchandising and cleanliness guidelines.
• Check merchandise labeling and supply in sales areas.
• Collaborate on merchandising and display projects to drive sales.
• Stay informed about current trends and products.

What You'll Need

• Experience in sales – not mandatory.
• Familiarity with the Urban Outfitters brand and its impact on the local market.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in French and English.
