As part of a replacement, we are recruiting an Operations Manager (Executive Status – Permanent Contract).

Reporting to the General Director and a member of the management team,

the holder of the position supervises the Purchasing, Production, Supply Chain, and Industrialization services (approximately 20 people). You are responsible for the entire production process, as well as the quality, costs, and timelines of the products. You ensure the efficiency of the entire Supply Chain. Furthermore, you manage and oversee your budgets: production investments (assembly, control means) and infrastructure. Finally, you are responsible for the application of the Group's procedures/rules, safety, and team management.

Your missions include:

1. Being responsible for the production of Seti-Tec tools in terms of costs, delivery times, and product quality;
2. Ensuring the efficiency of the entire supply chain by developing action plans to optimize customer delivery, stock levels, order tracking, and supplier commitments;
3. Guaranteeing, in close collaboration with the Quality and R&D departments, the robustness of product industrialization;
4. Ensuring compliance with safety rules;
5. Effectively managing production capacity by planning the use of resources and equipment;
6. Managing continuous improvement of operations to ensure productivity growth; preparing and monitoring the budget to meet production objectives in terms of expenses and cost reduction;
7. Defining and tracking monthly objectives in accordance with the procedures and strategy of the Operations Division;
8. Participating in the development of the Operations strategy for the Seti-Tec site in close collaboration with the strategic orientations of the Division. You will deploy this strategy with your teams and those of the division in Paris, at our future production sites near our clients internationally;
9. Adapting the tools and processes in place considering the group's opportunities to resize operations for rapidly growing demand and an evolving product mix;
10. Proposing and leading corrective actions if necessary;
11. Managing investments in operations activities (by defining specifications, choosing suppliers, and monitoring);
12. Developing team skills and machine capacity;
13. Understanding and working according to the policies and procedures of the Company/Division/Group; ensuring the training of teams in the Division's procedures and their compliance;
14. Managing, supporting, and evaluating your teams.

What we expect from you:

With an engineering degree (mechanical, electromechanical, production, or purchasing), you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in production management within a medium-sized industry (autonomous production unit of about 20 people), integrated into an international group. Your responsibilities include overseeing production in small and medium series, continuous improvement, change management, and problem-solving. You can rely on your skills in Production, Supply Chain, Lean manufacturing, Industrialization, and Quality to successfully carry out your missions.

With a strong customer orientation, you are recognized for your leadership and your sense of organization and planning. You are committed to supporting your team daily and fostering their skill development.

Proficiency in SAP is a plus.

Your very good level of English combined with your interpersonal skills will enable you to successfully carry out your missions. More generally, you contribute to the development of the company's values by being open to new ideas and experiences, agile, interactive, proactive, and result-oriented.
