Context: For the Internal Service for Prevention and Protection at Work of GEMS, we are looking for a Health & Safety Advisor.
Your role: You will support the hierarchy and employees in their efforts to become independent in the field of prevention. You will advise them on the identification of hazards when carrying out their activities, the development of risk analyses, and the implementation of their control. You will promote the safety culture during your daily work and help develop and maintain it. You will animate the CSSCTs and assist in CSEs for all topics concerning H&S in GEMS France perimeter. You will fulfil all legal obligations with regards to H&S for GEMS's France perimeter, such as drawing up the DUER, PAPRIPACT, following up annual action plans, and reporting. You will participate in the development of clear communication regarding H&S. You are a contact person for staff regarding H&S, participate in workplace visits with the CSSCT, carry out safety visits, evaluate safety documents received, and define minimum H&S requirements. You will also participate in the analysis, drafting, and follow-up of the REX of incidents, HiPos, and work accidents. You will animate the international network of GEMS H&S ambassadors and are the H&S SPOC for GEMS International Business Platforms (outside of Europe).
