The Business Development Specialist (BDS) at Hightekers is key in driving B2B sales and expanding our French & Swiss Markets presence. This position is ideal for a seasoned sales professional who combines hands-on business development expertise with deep industry knowledge and a strategic approach to client acquisition. The ideal candidate is :
- Sales-Driven & Target-Oriented : Demonstrates success in managing a full 360 outbound sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiations and deal closures, focusing on delivering consistent results.
- Industry Expert : Leverages deep market knowledge and specialized expertise to identify high-value opportunities, understand client challenges, and position solutions effectively.
- Strategic Thinker & Data-Driven : Proactively identifies new business opportunities and develops tailored approaches to expand client portfolios while meeting monthly sales targets.
- Client Partner : Skilled in building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting solutions that add value to IT companies, recruitment agencies, and partners.
- Tech-Savvy Professional : Confident in using tools like CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage pipelines, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups with clients and partners.

Your Responsibilities in this role :
- Drive new customer acquisition by selling and advising on Hightekers' innovative services to IT companies and recruitment agencies.
- Develop, manage, and expand a portfolio of prospective clients through targeted lead generation and follow-up.
- Lead the complete 360° sales cycle for the FR & CH B2B market, encompassing prospecting, cold calling, solution demonstrations, and deal closure.
- Analyse client needs and offer tailored solutions, ensuring a high-quality client experience from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build strong client relationships across designated regions, actively contributing to client retention and satisfaction.
- Partner with internal teams to align service delivery and fulfil client expectations.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to broaden market outreach and strengthen Hightekers' B2B presence.
- Meet or exceed monthly performance targets, contributing to the growth of outbound sales activities within the FR & CH B2B and EOR markets.
What you bring to the role and the team :
Required :
- Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
- Previous experience in Sales or Business Development within a B2B environment.
- Knowledge on the French & Swiss Market
- Background in a related industry (e.g., umbrella, EOR, recruitment agency) is essential.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and sustain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Strong can-do attitude, sales-driven, with effective time management skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and conflict management skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and a collaborative team spirit.
