About the location:

Apline chic on the Mont s’Arbois slopes; our modern chalet builds on the legacy of the Rothschild family who set out to create an unrivaled resort experience nearly a century ago. Distinct French character, pure Alpine tradition, and an intimate and inviting setting in both summer and winter define this mountain retreat. Play one of the world’s finest Alpine golf courses, relax in the region’s largest spa, and dine at Le 1920, honoured with two Michelin stars. Our first Four Seasons mountain destination in Europe with 55 spacious accommodations including 14 suites, is due to re-open in December 2019 following renovation, and our 2 seasonal operations are December 15 to April 15 and from June 14 to September 30.

About the role

The Assistant Spa Manager Therapist assists the Spa Manager and is responsible for ensuring that all departmental procedures are properly applied.

What you will do

1. Manage the daily life of the department at both operational and administrative levels.
2. Directly involved in managing the department's budgets, both in terms of investments and costs.
3. Work closely with the department manager, as well as with all hotel departments.
4. Manage and supervise the spa team (Supervisors, Receptionists, Equipiers, Masseurs, Estheticians, Hairdressers, Fitness Coach and Freelancers) in the absence of the Department Manager to offer customers a pleasant, efficient and professional service in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
5. Communicate to the Spa Manager any situation that could lead the Spa to contravene Four Seasons philosophy and standards.
6. Adapt to situations of high activity and specific guests' relationship management.

What we are looking for

You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English. First experience in a similar position in a high-end institute or spa is required.
