Your key responsibilities

• Perform business analysis
• Influence stakeholders with fact-based data
• Create business cases to support important decision making
• Organize and coordinate all operational accounting functions
• Ensure that monthly/annual closing is executed in accordance with the deadlines and quality required by the group
• Ensure the accuracy of information by testing and controlling SAP data as well as financial information
• Identify opportunities for improvement
• Manage treasury and financing, and the relationship with third parties: bankers, auditors, etc.
• Collaborate with the group management control: planning, budgeting, reporting
• Contribute to the improvement or implementation of accounting management information systems
• Supervise a team of 2 people, ensuring an optimized organization and distribution of tasks as well as systematic implementation of backup
• Participate in the implementation of new standards and regulations (SOX, LSF, IAS/IFRS...)
• Perform and/or supervise internal controls (ICS) according to group rules

You bring

• Proven track record and strong background in Finance business partnering & analysis, combined with strategic insights
• Good understanding of numbers and ability to operate in a complex system/data environment
• High sense of ownership and accountability, ability to work independently
• Facility to connect with stakeholders at all levels across the organization and globe
• Communication skills for impactful presentations with stakeholders
• Strong modelling skills and proficiency in Excel and systems in general
